RATES
• Price per night for max 8 guests
• Minimum 3 nights
• ZAR 4000 per night / 200 € per night
• We charge ZAR 1000 / 50 € per booking for the management and cleaning fees

• Public holidays and Easter : minimum 4 nights / December : minimum 5 nights

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITHIN THE PRICE ?
Our prices include bath towels (bring your own towels for the pool), bed linen and consumption of gas, water and power. The house is a self catering accommodation. We do ensure that some consumables such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, tea and a dishwasher tablet are ready for the first moments after arrival. These items are not added during your stay and must therefore be supplemented for your own use.
On day of departure, the accommodation must be left ready for cleaning, the dishes done and everything put back in its place.
CONDITIONS
When booking up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rental price must be paid within 5 days after receipt of the payment request. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
When booking within 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid within 48 hours after receipt of the payment request.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. If less than 30 days before, there is no refund.
